The Chianti region offers an uncountable number of attractions, but if you pefere enjoying the country life, you can check out our activities.
Wine Testing
our Chianti Classico and IGT wines, extra virgin olive oil and our saffron based products.
We also conduct cellar tours and wine tasting for groups and individuals. In our wine cellars we will tell you about our work, which is also our passion, explaining what is behind every bottle of wine and olive oil.
The tour is followed by a tasting where you will savour the genuine Tuscan flavours that we have produced on our farm through our own work.
The highlight of our production is saffron, a delicate flower that yields up its irresistible and scented spice after much painstaking work.
During the season, from May until October we are always open. The best time for visiting the cellars is between 1 and 6pm.
In other periods of the year cellar visits and wine tastings can be organised with prior arrangement.
In our farm shop you can taste the specialities of Corte di Valle – our Chianti Classico and IGT wines, extra virgin olive oil and our saffron based products…

All our guests have use of the outdoor pool which is located close to the apartments. The pool is surrounded by olive trees and is a perfect spot for sunbathing.
If you are used to the hectic rhythms of daily life and the noise of the city take advantage of your time with us to spend a day doing nothing except gazing at the vineyards and the olive trees – you will be surprised by the incessant activity of nature all around you.
Liberate your mind reading your favourite book while lying on the green grass of the Villa, in the shade of the ancient pine trees.
There is nothing more restful.
Cooking Classes
We belong to the generation that grew up respecting the traditions of Sunday lunches and family occasions, where special dishes such as home made pasta, ”crostini neri” made from chicken liver, the ”peposo” meat stew, slowly cooked in a wood burning oven.
Or “l’arista”, roast pork full of marvellous aromas, as well as various desserts were the crowning glory of every get-together.
Everyday dishes are just as flavoursome, made from simple, local ingredients that are the beating heart of the classic Tuscan cookery – tasty, balanced and famous throughout the world. Think of the “pappa al pomodoro” based on tomatoes to be eaten either hot or cold, or “la bruschetta” – dressed tomatoes on toasted bread in the summer; in the winter the specialities are “ribollita” , Tuscan bread soup and the “crostone di cavolo nero” black cabbage on toasted bread.
Vegetable and grain soups are delicious all year round.
The lessons are held in the kitchen of the agriturismo upon request. Naturally the dishes that you prepare are then served for lunch or dinner and combined with a tasting of our wines.
During our cookery lessons we prepare home cooking from recipes handed down from our mothers and grandmothers, choosing dishes that we know you will be able to reproduce with success in your own kitchens, wherever you live.
